Simplest Burger Patties

Easy Burger Patty recipe for Burger Night!

  • 1kg grass fed grass finished beef mince

  • Organic Pepper ½ tsp

  • Celtic Sea Salt 1 tsp

  • 1 Pasture Raised Egg (optional)

  • Beef Tallow (for cooking)

Method:

  1. Add beef mince, seasonings & egg into a bowl and mix until well combined.

  2. Roll into 100g balls (makes 10 patties)

  3. Cook on medium heat in beef tallow or ghee until browned on both sides

Serving suggestions - serve with organic salads, raw cheese, organic sweet potato tallow chips & organic buttery onion
